Price: Ayurvedic & Massage treatments are $70/hr. I recommend an hour and a half massage for full benefit at $90/1.5 hrs.
Most treatments can be done at my home clinic in Modanville, NSW or I can come to you if you are within 30 minutes of Modanville for a small petrol request.
*Swedish Relaxation massage: a deeply nurturing, rebalancing and relaxing massage working on the superficial layers of the muscles, calms the nervous system and soothes the soul
*Thai massage: a firm to strong massage to work through tough knots and energetic blockages using trigger points and gentle stretching techniques, done on a futon on the floor
*Ayurvedic full body massage (abhyanga): an ancient therapeutic and rhythmical massage using warm herbal oil and long strokes to stimulate arterial and lymph circulation
*Pregnancy massage & Post-natal massage: deeply nurturing, gentle and soothing massage for mum-to-be and for the baby in the belly. The massage is done on a table for the first trimester and then on a mat on the floor for second and third trimesters. For post-natal massage, I strongly recommend within the first 42 days after giving birth to deeply heal after birthing. Ofcourse at any point on your motherhood journey, massage is also beneficial. When you give to yourself, you also give to your family 🙂
*Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation: a one-on-one session discussing the client’s diet, lifestyle, health history and family health history, in order to create changes based on the ancient principles of Ayurveda to promote health and well-being.
*One-on-one yoga session for women, mothers and mums-to-be: a customised yoga session to teach asanas (positions), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, principles, and kirtan (songs from the heart), stressing deep relaxation, awareness of the body & senses and breathing.
*Hatha Yoga class: a wonderfully blissful, relaxing, and rejuvinating experience at the Channon Hall on Tuesday evenings, meditation, pranayama, asanas, chanting, relaxation. 6:15-7:15pm, $10 or awesome monthly rate.
*Mums & Bubs and Pregnancy Yoga Classes:
Mums & bubs yoga classes, celebrating motherhood and this spiritual journey, connecting with other mums and little ones, relaxing and stretching. *Aware Parenting Consultations: Learn tips and techniques based on the Aware Parenting approach (Based on the works of Aletha Solter’s books… I highly recommend you read The Aware Baby). Tailered to the needs of you, your family and your child, I recommend how to apply healthy communication techniques, such as letting your baby cry or child tantrum or laughter, use loving limits rather than punishment & reward. I learned first-hand how to get better sleep for my kids (& myself!), how to heal from my own emotional childhood hurts, along with better communication skills for us all. $50/hour
*Aware Parenting Workshops: Give yourself a chance to relax and heal while learning techniques for building healthy communication and release. Firstly, understanding that challenging behaviour is caused by painful feelings and how to help your children release their pent-up emotions in a healthy way.
