Yoga for mothers with babies and young children aids in connection, relaxation, stress-release and health through gentle stretches, relaxation exercises, breathing techniques and strengthening postures.
Aware Parenting teaches techniques to enhance your child’s development, solve typical behaviour challenges for your children, help your kids be more relaxed & calm, and in turn sleep better, gain the ability to concentrate for longer, cooperate more, etc. AwP encourages big emotions to be released through crying with connection/tantrums or play/laughter, (rather than suppression or aggression). When little ones (and adults) have released emotions and been heard/supported, they will return to their natural state of love and gentleness. Especially during this pandemic time, big feelings for adults and children will come and will have huge benefits from being expressed and heard.
