How are you?
Are you a parent looking for more balance, energy and support?
Starting Oct. 25, I am so happy to commence a 4-week online workshop, incorporating yoga and Aware Parenting techniques to help families find more peace, compassion and understanding during these unusual times.
I would love to support you on this parenting journey.
Please join us to:
~heal, connect, receive/give empathy.
~learn why babies & children have disrupted sleep, can become aggressive or non-cooperative
~ develop techniques to help babies and children heal, sleep better and be more cooperative without punishments and rewards
❣️October 25- November 21 (4 weeks)
🙏$80 ~ please contact me for booking details by PM or Laura 0415533311 [email protected]
❤️4x online fb lives
❤️4x small group personalised zoom sessions
❤️plenty of opportunity for you to share how you are, be supported and ask any & all questions.
Themes over the 4 weeks will include:
-benefits of the “crying-n’arms” approach, how tears & tantrums are both a little one’s tool for communication and a natural healing mechanism
-understanding the causes of children’s behaviour: feelings, needs and information
-suggestions for eliciting cooperation in toddlers and children + attachment play activities to strengthen attachment, help children heal and resolve discipline problems
-your healing: relieving stress, being heard and relaxing
This workshop will run over 4 weeks. Oct 25th is the first day with a group zoom session at 10am Sydney time. Other times of zoom sessions and fb lives will depend on when you are available… possibly continuing on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings. Don’t worry, though, we can work around each other’s schedule to find the best time to run these sessions.
Lots of love,
P.s. if you would like to hear a bit more about Aware parenting before the workshop begins, and if you are local, then please come and join for a sat morning talk on Saturday oct 10 at the Lismore birth house or Monday Oct 19 in Mullumbimby at the Byron Pregnancy Support group 🙂
